Downloading the HTI

The data can be downloaded from the HTI’s Dataverse.

Dataset outline

The HTI data are grouped into four sections and can be downloaded from our Dataverse page. The codebook and data paper give more in-depth descriptions of the variables’ definitions and coding decisions. Here is a snapshot of the variables in the HTI dataset.

The first section includes types of trafficking flows and is geared towards understanding the trafficking challenges a state faces- including whether it is a source, transit, or destination country and whether it has internal trafficking.
